Welcome to the OJCS

The Ottawa Junior Curling Series (OJCS) has been formed to provide accessible competitive curling opportunities to youth curlers in Ottawa and surrounding areas. The series aims to complement the excellent existing array of opportunities such as the OYCL, OVCA, JCTO and the JSS by bringing a competitive league and additional competitive bonspiels to Ottawa and the Ottawa Valley. The goal is to promote competitive U20, U18 and U15 curling for teams in Eastern Ontario, Western Quebec and abroad. If you are a team planning on competing in the league or in a bonspiel, please register your team, promote your team sponsors, and stay tuned as planned league and bonspiels are finalized and added for registration!

League Play

Building on a very successful inaugural season at the Rideau Curling Club on Monday nights, the OJCS is finalizing its plans for Year 3 of the Ottawa Competitive Youth League. The league will be open to U20, U18 and U15 teams, similar to previous seasons. We are looking forward to finalizing the ice commitments and initiating the registration process.

Bonspiels

Throughout the season, the OJCS plans to host several competitive bonspiels in the Ottawa Valley. Keep your eyes peeled on the site as we confirm and open registration for exciting bonspiels at potential host clubs including Cornwall CC, Rideau CC, the RA Curling Center of Excellence, the Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club, and the North Grenville CC.

Social Interaction

The goal of the OJCS is to provide competitive events for junior curlers to socialize and compete in this growing sport.
